突然のアーリーチェックインに対応してくださり助かりました。

トイレにペーパーが流せたらよかったです。 同じ階のドアの音が少し気になりました

Location is key for this accommodation. Unit is nice and space is good even when we have 5 persons staying in the unit.

For a 5-6 persons unit there is only 1 washroom facilities. What more, the toilet is within the same space which means at any one time only one person may use the washroom, be it for showering or toileting - way too inconvenient.

チェックインが１０時を過ぎるので事前に伝えたら、10時以降は無人になるのでチェックインの仕方を教えていただいていたのに、実際着いたら日本語が上手なフロントマンが対応してくださりました。 地下鉄にも近く、釜山駅からはタクシーを利用しましたが安かったです。

部屋の予約を早めにしたので上階で見晴らしの良いお部屋を期待していましたが、6階で普通でした。 部屋の清掃に縛りがあり、滞在中は清掃時間が指定となり時間が合わず3泊清掃は出来なかったのでゴミがかなりたまりました。タオルとお水は毎日ドアの前に用意してくれました。 靴べらとバスマットが欲しかったです。 あと空調がいまいち効きがゆるかったです。

The television in the room was very good with lots of options, as well as the WiFi being fast and reliable. We also liked the wrap around balcony offering views of the local area and bathroom facilities that were modern.

Better communication from the staff, there was a 4:30am fire alarm that we needed to evacuate for (and one fire door was locked) that was laughed off the next day with no explanation. Didn’t feel like a hotel, more like an Airbnb - no 24 hour desk and felt like we were staying in an office building. They also offer vouchers to guests who provide a 5 star reviews, which doesn’t feel right and means there is a lack of accuracy about the quality of the accommodation.
