New CZ Nampo Hotel

位置很好，樓下很多商店、餐廳，飯店對面就是711，離地鐵站也很近。

樓高20層，共三部電梯，電梯不大好等。

Ubicación (Nampo).. Estuvimos alojados en la planta 19 y salir al balcón era un espectáculo tanto de dia como de noche. Habitación amplia. Con vestidor independiente. Colchon cómodo. Gran nevera combi. Muy buen aire acondicionado y luces con distintas intensidades. Diversos ascensores y rápidos. Nunca tenias que esperar más de 4 minutos a que llegara. Muy amables y serviciales en la recepción

No se podia usar el fuego de la cocina para cocinar, ni el armario planchador. El personal de recepción casi no hablaba inglés. Cuando quieres hacer el check in cuesta un poco ubicarte porque en el mismo edificio hay viviendas y 2 o 3 hoteles, y la recepción está en la tercera planta..

The television in the room was very good with lots of options, as well as the WiFi being fast and reliable. We also liked the wrap around balcony offering views of the local area and bathroom facilities that were modern.

Better communication from the staff, there was a 4:30am fire alarm that we needed to evacuate for (and one fire door was locked) that was laughed off the next day with no explanation. Didn’t feel like a hotel, more like an Airbnb - no 24 hour desk and felt like we were staying in an office building. They also offer vouchers to guests who provide a 5 star reviews, which doesn’t feel right and means there is a lack of accuracy about the quality of the accommodation.
