Our upgraded 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Estero, Florida is perfect for comfortable living and relaxation, with features such as bamboo flooring, a recently remodeled master en-suite with a king-sized bed in the bedroom, and a beautiful lake view from the third floor balcony. Elevator access! The condo is located in the gated community of Osprey Cove, which has a community pool and spa as well as a fitness room and community center. The remodel in the primary bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bathroom was also remodeled and features a shower/tub combo. An in-unit washer and dryer is included.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Osprey Cove is conveniently located off Estero Parkway between US 41 and Three Oaks Parkway. It is within walking distance to Walmart and just a short drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Texas Roadhouse, Starbucks and much more! With a large preserve area at the entrance, all 328 residences in this 30-acre community offer unobstructed views of the community lakes. Condos buildings are four-story with a common elevator and contain 40 units each with one assigned carport per unit. Osprey Cove amenities include a community center, fitness center, pool and spa. This condo is close to shopping, dining and the famous gulf beaches!

* 30 day minimum stay, full moths in season. The first season rental needs to start on or before January 1. February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous timeframe has been rented.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Osprey Cove are: $100 Application Fee, $100 Trash Fee and $50 - p.p US background check/ $100 for Canadians
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

Excellent experience, lovely apartment, very well stocked with kitchen , laundry and bathroom needs.....very pleased with everything. My only recommendation would be to consider installing a grab bar In the shower in the master bathroom. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and we will be coming back again next year!
