Your stay features one spacious bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Open floor plan living area with queen sleeper couch. Fully equipped kitchen and brand-new stainless appliances..And quartz countertops..Home also features a covered car port..With ring exterior security cameras.
Guest access
Guest will have private access to the entire guest home.
Other things to note
We provide linens, towels, starter rolls of paper towels and toilet paper for your arrival.
Long term stay is preferred, 2night minimum required.
This guest house is conveniently located in the middle of Estero, FL close to shopping and dining. Area offers countless bars and restaurants for your evening fun.

Pets Allowed:
-1 small dog is welcome under 30 lbs . $100.00 pet fee.
You will be provided a code for the digital front door lock, so you can let yourself inside.
Host is on the property, and we would love to meet you, but we also respect your privacy. We are happy to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay.

Such a great location and wonderful hosts! Our third visit to enjoy another Florida Everblades game! Made it to the Teddy Bear Toss and many of our favorite places in the area this year.

The house is very nice and well built We really like the open look and the tall doors. Mark and Julia are very nice. We look forward to next year when we plane on staying 20 nights. Great location!

The cottage was spacious and very clean ; the ad is accurate and it was a treat to stay there. Kitchen was well equipped , bed comfortable & shower had plenty of hot water and pressure • Highly recommend A.
