The pool in the community was clean & very private. The home was comfortable,and well stocked with cleaning & paper products, plus plenty of laundry products. The kitchen had all of the essential equipment. It was a lovely home for entertaining family members who came to this part of FL.

Very quiet neighborhood, the pool felt private, we were only one there most of time. Great shopping minutes away. Getting to beach was a little challenging, lots of traffic and very crowded.

The entire process of booking this this rental was easy and completed in a very timely. The house was exactly as advertized. The property was everything we could have wanted. From the first contact to rent the property until the day we departed the communications with Dave was great. house was well maintained and very clean. It was stocked with any supplies we would ever need. We highly recommend this property and Dave.

We were displaced by hurricane Ian and needed a place to stay. We found this property and the location looked good.
And then, the minute we walked in, I fell in love with the property! The location is centrally located, easy to find, and beautiful! The house is decorated nicely, the bedrooms are large, the layout is open, and everything we needed was there. It was perfect. We worked on rebuilding our property all day, and to be able to come back to this home each night gave us the peace we needed. We lounged by the pool and walked the neighborhood. David was very attentive and always in touch. We felt very taken care of.
I highly recommend this property. It felt like home!
Perfect for couples and families. I would gladly stay again and again.
