About this apartment rental
Enjoy the gorgeous lake view from the screened-in balcony of this 2 bed + den / 2 bath condo in The Villages at Country Creek, a golf course community with multiple tennis courts, five community pools, and an array of other amenities. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.
*** Note for peak season bookings: The first high season rental needs to start on or before January 1, or be for three months together***
The balcony is furnished with lounge and bar seating and offers a clear view of not only the lake, but also the bright blue Florida skies. This second floor unit is located within walking distance of one of the community pools. The fully stocked kitchen also has a breakfast nook, breakfast bar, and formal dining. For inquiries about kitchen supplies, please contact us directly for our minimum inventory list.

The Villages at Country Creek offers a challenging 18 hole executive course that is great for all levels of golfers to come and enjoy a round of golf and hone your skills. The golf course is available with your transfer of membership and the full service pro shop can provide you with sets of golf clubs and golf accessories. They also have golf pros available to take you to the driving range and practice green. Multiple golf courses are accessible in the off season through their reciprocal golfing program. Other amenities include 5 community swimming pools, 5 tennis courts, a bocce ball court, a clubhouse that contains a fitness center, pool table, and game rooms for cards, restaurant dining and social activities.
Previous guest have reported occasionally smelling cigarette smoke from a neighboring unit. Our unit is a completely non-smoking unit but the community itself is not smoke free.

* 30 day minimum stay. February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous timeframe has been rented. February needs to be booked with January and/or March.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Country Creek are: $150 application fee and $500 transfer of membership fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
* For safety, security, and property protection, this home may be equipped with exterior security cameras and/or video doorbells located around the outside of the property. These devices are used only to monitor exterior areas of the home and are not located inside the living space. Cameras may record video and/or audio.
This home may also contain one or more smart home / voice-activated devices (such as Alexa, Echo, Google Home, etc.). These devices are provided for guest convenience and are not intended for guest monitoring or surveillance. Guests may mute, disable, unplug, or turn off these devices at any time during their stay.

The condo was nice. The only thing I would say there is to many area rug's. A king bed would be nice also. We really enjoyed our stay. Played a lot of golf and ate at club house. We hope to come back again soon.

We were very pleased, overall. The condo was clean and spacious with anything one would need in terms of daily living.There was a beautiful balcony where we spent a lot of time, especially in the morning with coffee. Very nice view. We went to the pool often and the pools were relaxing and attractive looking. We got to the beach in Bonita Springs a few times, which was about a 30 to 45 minute drive. We took a lot of walks on the beautiful grounds of Country Creek and generally had a great stay. Realty Group was also very accomodating with a few minor problems.

This non-smoking unit is well situated, clean and comfortable, stocked with everything you need. (However we did have an ongoing problem with the microwave overheating which was not resolved during our stay).
What would have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by an habitual cigar smoking neighbour who made it near impossible to enjoy relaxing on the lanai. On checking with the office we realized that we'd have to accept the situation as there are no smoking restrictions at Country Creek.
This was something we hadn't encountered before, and we wouldn't return there because of it.
Maybe it's time for Country Creek to change its outdated policy to reflect the healthier lifestyle most vacationers expect today.
