The Space:

Step inside and discover a haven of comfort and tranquility. This spacious house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, offering ample room for everyone to relax and unwind. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects a gourmet kitchen, dining space, and living room, all bathed in natural light and offering breathtaking views. Shared Spaces include: The living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, is the perfect spot to unwind. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary creations, including a gas range and essential cookware. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The large upstairs deck has comfortable seating and a fire pit to enjoy while taking in the mountain views. The downstairs patio has a 7 person hot tub to enjoy year-round. The master suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a Jacuzzi tub. Two of the other bedrooms have queen-size beds. There is a king-size bed in the fourth bedroom. The remaining bedroom is home to two bunk beds (twin on top and full on bottom) and a large futon that opens up into a queen size mattress.The downstairs basement offers fun for the entire family with a large flat screen tv, ping pong, darts and pop a shot.

Other Things to Note:

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This property is a single-level home, offering easy access. We provide free parking with space in the garage and driveway. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Guests must be at least 27 years old to book. A unique access code will be provided for secure entry. The home is suitable for children.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Before you book, please read through the outdoor noise violation policy in addition to the maximum guest policy as we will ask you to confirm your understanding prior to check-in. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am, and includes prohibited use of the hot tub during this time.

Our apologies, but we have a strict no pet policy - guests that are found to have violated this policy will be subject to additional cleaning fees. Guests arriving with pets will not be accommodated. We have two hypo-allergenic dogs that do not respond well to the scent of other animals in the house so we appreciate your cooperation.

Please note that we have a strict 10-person maximum overnight occupancy on our property (including children).
