Five full bathrooms plus a half bath mean the morning ski-boot scramble actually moves, and a full-size washer and dryer keeps everyone in dry layers all week.
The home sits in Silver Creek Village, one of the more practical addresses in the Park City area — close to everything without the downtown crush. Kimball Junction is about five minutes out for groceries, coffee, and a solid lineup of restaurants and shops. From there it's a quick run to Park City Mountain and Canyons Village, with Deer Valley and historic Main Street roughly fifteen minutes south. The Utah Olympic Park, where you can watch athletes train or try the bobsled yourself, is right up the road. Come summer, Jordanelle Reservoir opens up for paddleboarding and boating, and the surrounding trails are made for hiking and biking. Salt Lake City International Airport is about thirty-five minutes away, so you can land and be unpacking before the afternoon's out.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
