Tucked into Silver Creek Village — a newer, master-planned pocket of Park City known for its quiet streets and wide-open mountain views — Poppy & Pine is a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat built in 2022 and designed for groups who want space to spread out without sacrificing style. With 3,522 square feet across three thoughtfully laid-out levels, sleeping for 14, and a brand-new 7-person hot tub waiting out back, it's the kind of place where ski days end with a soak under the stars and lazy summer mornings start with coffee on the deck.

The main level keeps things social. An open living room anchored by a stone fireplace flows into a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a generous dining table, and bar seating for casual mornings or wine-fueled dinners. A drip coffee maker (premium grounds included) makes the early starts a little easier. Step out to the covered deck and you'll find a fire pit, comfortable outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill — a natural gathering spot whether you're catching the alpenglow or grilling burgers in summer.

Upstairs, the primary suite delivers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, large windows, and a private balcony. Two additional king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, and a loft with a queen pullout sleeper adds flexibility for late-arriving friends or a quiet reading nook. For everyday needs, Kimball Junction's restaurants and shops are 6 minutes away, and Historic Main Street — with its galleries, dining, and après scene — is about 15. Free, fare-free High Valley Transit serves the area, making it simple to leave the car parked when you'd rather not drive.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
