Nestled on a private dead-end street, just two blocks from beach access, this recently updated property offers a blend of comfort and convenience

The main level features an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home, including a coffee maker and keurig. While the large dining area and kitchen island provide ample space for family meals or casual snacks. Unwind in the inviting living room, where you can enjoy a movie night or engage in friendly board games. For easy laundry need, there is two washer/dryer sets in the home as well. Step out onto the tranquil screened-in porch to soak in the natural beauty surrounding you.

The front of the house has a full bath with hall access and attached to a queen/twin XL bunk bedroom, perfect for accommodating the whole family. There is also 2 additional Queen rooms on the front side. On the second level, you'll find two luxurious king master en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private balcony and stunning views of the local wildlife. One of the master bathrooms is equipped with a double vanity with both having spacious showers, ensuring a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure.

As a guest of Pineapple Villa, you can purchase a Wyndham amenity pass for an additional fee through the Wyndham cafe to access three swimming pools, a gym, putt-putt, tennis courts, and a private beach shelter with picnic tables. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.
No trailers, boats, campers, motorcycles or golf carts are allowed at this property due to Wyndham Resort rules.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Camera locations- One door bell camera at the under house door. One regular camera on the front of the house pointing down at the driveway (shows part of the front porch).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
