Built in 2016, the property has all the bells and whistles of modern, city living. Located in the heart of the Richardson's Town Center development, the property is anchored by Whole Foods Market. Outdoor and fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the easy five-minute walk to the Spring Creek Trail and the nearby Firewheel Golf Park. The unit’s wide windows not only bring in natural light but a view of Pool. In 2019 we added the Alexa (your Personal Assistant) to our amenities. ask Alexa for weather, traffic updates or relax to some contemporary Jazz or classical music and much more. Just Start with "Alexa" and then request recommendations to nearby restaurants and for directions to local stores and entertainment.
