The virtual check in was great. We were provided the access code and all instructions for entering the building 3 hours prior to our check--in time, and the host was very courteous to let us check in early due to an earlier than expected arrival. Instructions were very clear and straightforward. The host was in constant communication with us which was also very helpful. The apartment is quite spacious and open. The corner unit location made it nice and quiet. In addition, being on the first floor provided easy access to the gym and the pool. For those driving a car, it was nice to see the parking is within a covered garage. But the best part for us , since we did not have a rental car, was the amazingly close proximity to the transit system. The new Silver line brought us straight from the airport in about 40 minutes, and during our stay we used the red and orange lines to take us into Uptown, Downtown Dallas and Downtown Plano to sight see. While only being in town for a couple of days, we were able to see quite a bit thanks to the very easy to use and very affordable train system. We would definitely stay here again for future visits to Dallas.
Things were great overall! They provided a Britta water filter for use, and there was a small amount of ground coffee available. The only thing that might have been nice to have would have been a bit more ground coffee for the few days we were there, along with maybe a few tea bags or other staples. And also some extra blankets as backup in case it got cold inside, but other than that, it was a great place.
