Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
Especially when the seasons change, Dallas does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries
The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.
We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

This is a new property in a new neighborhood. There are a number of grocery stores, restaurants and attractions nearby.

We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.

This was my first time booking a VRBO for my boss and his wife and I found the process to be frustrating. I had to deal with a management company instead of the owner of the condo. I have multiple emails and messages asking for information that I had provided. Once there, the kitchen faucet was broken, no pizza cutter and salt and pepper shakers that only gave you salt. I wish I could have dealt directly with the owner; I think the overall experience would be so much better.

We rented this apartment for 3 weeks. There was no extended stay discount like other Vrbo properties. Don’t expect toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags for the duration of your stay. You’ll have to go purchase extras if you’re staying more than a few days. Tried checking in a couple of hours early and was told it would be $50 extra. Seems ridiculous for the amount of money we paid, especially since we stayed for so long and we’re checking out super early on the departure day. They ended up agreeing to let us in less than an hour early, but by the time they figured out how to set the code to let us in early, it was only a few minutes from the check-in time. Meanwhile we melted in the extreme heat, waiting to get in. Only complaint about the actual property is that it is a noisy place and there’s a lot of light that pours in through the closed blinds. So, it you’re a light sleeper, you’ll have to figure out a way to make it work. Also, the master bathroom tub did not drain well. That said, the gym and pool access were very nice and not too crowded. The beds were very comfortable… There are also nearby paved trails that are great to go walking.
