About this house rental
Our cozy home sits on a quiet road in the beautiful country of Burns, TN. The fenced backyard allows for children and pets to run wild, and the covered back deck is perfect for outdoor relaxation, no matter the weather. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the main level, and a large bonus room with a pool table and bar upstairs. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and high speed internet. Early morning check-in!
The space:
Kitchen:
• Fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans and appliances
• Extra long kitchen island that serves as the dining table
• Elevated dog bowls are available •PLEASE NOTE: the island ONLY has seating for six people.
Main Living Room:
• 65” smart TV to sign in to your favorite streaming services
• Sectional with two reclining seats
• Plenty of floor space for games and extra seating
Main Level Primary Bedroom:
• King bed
• Blackout curtains
• Ceiling fan
• Smart TV
• 2 closets
• Primary bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jetted tub
Main Level Bedroom 2:
• King bed (sits on a daybed frame for two twin mattresses, but we removed the twins and are using a king)
• Closet
• Blackout curtains
• Ceiling fan

Main Level Bedroom 3:
• Queen bed
• Crib (set to the lowest setting)
• Ceiling fan

Upstairs Bonus Room:

• Bluetooth speaker
• Kids playroom with window AC unit
**Although the upstairs has its own HVAC, the upstairs playroom has a window AC unit installed for the warmer months that helps keep the entire space upstairs cool. We do ask that this unit is not run for more than 12 hours at a time.
**In addition to the primary bath, there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower on the main level, as well as a washer and dryer. Bath towels, wash cloths, a hairdryer, shower essentials, bed linens, toilet paper and paper towels are also provided.
**Traveling with small children? We have baby gates available for the stairs! We also have a high chair and a portable booster chair with a tray in the kitchen pantry if needed!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location for visiting Nashville, the local state park, and Dickson. Our family enjoyed several games of pool, playing in the backyard, and sitting on the back porch rockers enjoying the all the wildlife. The home was clean, organized, and just what we needed. Thank you Katie and family!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was well equipped. It had a beautiful kitchen, comfy living room and wonderful seating outside. We loved it! The hosts were so sweet and thoughtful!

Felt as if we were right at home. We had local family visit with us and they absolutely loved it and said it was a mini vacation for them. Went back online to rent in another 6 weeks and we were so disappointed our dates were already booked by others. Great spot, beautiful, peaceful and definitely comfortable for family time.
