In a quiet area. Loved the setup with the fire pit, deck, & pool table. The house was well appointed and had all the basics.
There had been some cleaning issues prior to our arrival. I believe they were not common issues as the trash company had not picked up the trash and some had been scattered into the yard. Pets had been at the property prior to our arrival and hair and some smell was still present. There were also a few dishes that were not clean. Based on the appearance of the rest of the house and property, I truly assume this was a one off issue.
