NO NUISANCE : Home is in peaceful family friendly neighborhood in residential area. Absolutely NO late and/or overnight parties inside or outside the rental unit. No excessive foot traffic. Any complaints will lead to lower rating on AirBnB and penalties
NO Smoking of any kind INSIDE the rental unit ($500 Fine if found smoking odor or any related evidence). Cigarettes or Cigars are allowed OUTSIDE ONLY ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts & litter.
Small to Medium PETs allowed during term of stay. Owner approval and additional deposit is required. MUST DISCLOSE PETS DURING RESERVATION.
SNOW removal from front entry is guests responsibility (Shovel provided)
