Private basement/apartment, 19 minutes University of Colorado Hospital (UCH) with a private entrance! very spacious,clean and modern place to relax in a convenient area close to shopping center,restaurants, supermarket, fast food, banks, close to Southland Mall and more ! Has two private bedrooms with lock doors, private bathroom, living room , kitchen with microwave, toaster, refrigerator and lots of amenities! We are only 21min drive to the airport and 36 min to downtown and only 7min to Southland mall and 2min shopping center with Walma!

It was a nice clean space with 2 nice sized rooms and a great kitchen space for cooking.

We had a nice stay and really appreciated how smooth the check-in and check-out process was. Communication with the hosts was quick and helpful, and the space was very clean and welcoming. A few small things would have made the experience even better: having more cookware available (there was only one small pan), a functional TV with streaming options (the current one had a glitchy screen), and less noise from upstairs, which was noticeable at times. Overall, thank you for hosting us and making the process easy and comfortable.
