Private walkout basement/apartment, with private and keyless entrance! very spacious,clean and modern and convenient to relax in a close to shopping center,restaurants, supermarket, fast food, banks and more ! Has two private bedrooms with locks,with 2 queen size bed and ,private bathroom, spacious living room , kitchen with microwave, toaster, refrigerator and lots of amenities! We are only 29mins drive to the airport and 37mins to downtown and only 10min walk to shopping center !

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and other activities in Denver. Apartment was clean, the only thing was that we had to kill a few spiders when we first arrived, but we weren’t too surprised with it being a basement apartment. Affordable and met our needs. Host was easy to communicate with when I requested a change in our dates.

The finish work is mediocre. Sofa is uncomfortable. Lack of soft extras like throw rugs. Coffee table rattles when walking through room. Smelled.
