- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

This is a gorgeous house, well decorated, and in a great location being close enough to see the ocean. The house is well equipped, light and airy. If I were to rate the house alone, I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the house was filthy—especially the bathroom. And although Vacasa eventually came out to clean it, it took 24 hours and multiple contacts to make it happen. This meant we had to clean the bathroom, etc. in order to use them. Not how you want to start your vacation especially after a ten hour drive. The house doesn’t have a microwave as of 6/1/2025. I had read, differing reviews as to whether there was one or not so just clarifying. And because I didn’t read anything about this in previous reviews, I did want to take a minute to talk about the accessibility of the home. I have very bad knees, which makes it hard to do things like stairs. There is no rail on the front porch stairs, only one rail (not on both sides) on the very steep main staircase, a step up into the living room with no type of rail, and a large step up onto the deck from the house. The house wasn’t advertised as being accessible, so I’m not rating it on this. But I do think it’s important for others with mobility issues to be aware of the limitations. We had a lovely time after the first 24 hours, enjoyed all the yard bunnies and the hot tub. Would recommend so long as they fired the housekeeper.
