Welcome to this private cabin with front-row views of both the mountains and downtown Helen. This 2-bedroom hideaway is tucked just next to the Georgia Mountain Coaster, offering the rare mix of walkable access and peaceful seclusion.
After a day of adventure, come home to unwind. Soak in the hot tub, recharge in the sauna, or shoot pool and relive arcade classics downstairs. The multi-level decks give you space to lounge, dine, or stargaze in the crisp mountain air. Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin, including all indoor amenities, sauna, hot tub, and decks. The cabin sits on a steep paved driveway. An AWD or 4×4 vehicle may be required, especially in inclement weather or winter months. If your vehicle isn’t suited, street parking in Helen—with a short walk—is available. Clear directions and updates will be provided before arrival.
Neighborhood
Located just beyond downtown Helen yet fully private, this cabin blends woodland privacy with walkable convenience. You'll enjoy the peaceful forest setting while being only a few minutes’ walk from restaurants, shops, and riverside attractions. At night, the surroundings are serene, with mountain air and starry skies.
Transit
The cabin is walkable to downtown Helen—about 5 to 10 minutes of easy strolling. You’ll need a vehicle for Anna Ruby Falls, wineries, and other scenic destinations (5–15 minute drive). Navigating the driveway requires caution, especially during rain, snow, or ice.
Additional Rules
1. We require booking guest to be 25 years old or older.
2. We require guests to sign a rental agreement. All check-in info will be messaged.
3. Maximum 6 guests – a charge of $100 per person over the limit will be charged for any unauthorized guest daily.
4. No smoking inside the Airbnb.
5. County noise ordinance after 10 p.m.
6. Kids are not allowed unattended on balconies or stairs; also keep a close eye on children while using these areas.
7. We reserve the right to ask a guest to vacate the property if they do not follow the house rules. (we have yet to do so, don't be the first!)
8. The driveway is paved but steep. AWD or 4x4 may be required during certain weather. Cars will be towed at Owner's expense. Maximum of 3 cars allowed.
9. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs that cause delays with cleaning and impact future guests are subject to an additional charge equaling the nightly rate.
10. We provide starters of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags. In-shower dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.
11. Do NOT use bubbles or oils in the hot tub. Usage of these will incur an additional $50 charge.
12. Please note that we are not responsible for items left behind but will do our best to ship these items back to guests. We have to charge a $30 fee plus the cost of shipping.
13. There is a $40 pet fee per pet. Pets must be on the reservation!
