Enjoy your stay at THE HILLTOP HIDEOUT III, which is located directly above the famous Georgia Mountain Coaster inside of Helen, GA. This cozy chalet is the perfect destination spot for family or friends looking for an Alpine Adventure in a Bavarian Themed Town in Appalachia OR if you are looking for a "flexcation!" There is also a private office space for working while still getting away! Appreciate the beautiful hilltop view on a large patio while indulging in nature, grilling and having your favorite beverage. Take advantage of the multiple attractions, state parks, wineries, breweries, food, fishing, tubing, and family friendly activities. Don't forget to visit a few favorites: Unicoi State Park, Anna Ruby Falls, Dukes Creek Falls, Yonah Mountain, Cool River Tubing, Helen Waterpark, Alpine Mini Golf, Dukes Creek Mines, Woody's Mountain Bikes, Alpine Fun Factory, Hardman Farm State Historic Sight, Charlemagne's Kingdom, and more!

Everything was very nice. Beautiful home and it had everything we need for a large family. A quick drive down the hill and you're in Downtown Helen.Thanks for being a good host.

This place was amazing for our family of 5. Great communication with Karen, easy check in, clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of entertainment for the kids, loved the layout of the house, the cherry on the cake was snow while in the hot tub! 10/10 no need to look for another place. Our kids asked us to come back in the summer and we can't wait to return to this beautiful property/place.

Great host and property. Prompt and clear communication. Great location. Property is well maintained and accurately described. Easy check in and check out. Great amenities, overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others visiting Helen.
