The house was very clean, well stocked and well maintained. It had plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out and not get in each other’s way when it rained. The hot tub was wonderful. The convenience to Helen was great. We loved the screened porch and the parking was so convenient. The price was good for us. One of the reasons we chose the property was that it was pet friendly and I had a 15 yo Yorkie who needed to be taken on the trip. She passed always few weeks after l booked the house. It was easy to contact the owner/company and a refund was reflected in the final payment. The grandkids and their parents enjoyed the pool. The 2 washers and dryers were so helpful. On the downside: the grill left a lot to be desired; the low living area furniture was comfortable but disappointing. The master bedroom needs a comfy chair to relax in and the game room could use a few comfy seats. More soft seating in the living area would be helpful. I didn’t appreciate the Buddha in the zen room.

I highly recommend this home. We had an amazing stay and the house had great amenities.

The house was very nice. The only issue was the door lock had trouble with entry after the first time.. We had to contact Vacasa as well as the local manager while we were locked outside. Also, we were offered late checkout which we would have liked to have done, but when we tried, it would not process and when calling Vacasa, they would not honor the late checkout. Not good!

Wonderful property close to downtown Helen. Plenty of space and loved the outdoor patio especially. This was definitely the perfect place for our stay and would 100% come back
