Property does look like pics. Some amenities were there and ease of access was available and ready.
The air conditioning wasn’t checked by the cleaning crew or unnoticed . We were pretty warm night one. While a credit was provided the ac people didn’t come until the following day. We didn’t get portable ac units until the next day.
Floors were not great . The dryer was not drying well. Black ants in the rooms down stairs. Dirty ceiling fans. Dirty vents.
We were told we couldn’t check in until 4 because of cleaners. Checkout times are 10:00am . We drive up at 4:10 . Cleaners were not done. Left fans on. One cleaner was smoking . The other cleaner had a child in the front seat of their car. Considering the things you have to do to check out I don’t think it’s worth having to pay expensive fees for staying. We got offered one night of $300 off and that was it.
I will find some other place to stay next time .
