Located just minutes from the South Meadow Pool and Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, you’ll have easy access to swimming, biking, tennis, and all the great amenities the Ranch has to offer. In winter, skiers will love being a short drive from the slopes, then returning to cozy up by the fire after a day of adventure.
Whether you’re here for family fun, peaceful forest walks, or a mountain getaway, this charming cabin is the perfect home base for your Black Butte Ranch escape.
Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.
As of January 1st, 2026: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to 13.5% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.
