Black Butte Ranch Home with that true Black Butte Ranch feel!
Most of the summer we rent on a Sunday to Sunday basis in 7 night increments.
Air conditioning! 2 king-sized beds! 4 decks! 2 refrigerators! Ping Pong Table! Built in home office! Well stocked kitchen! Large master suite! Comfortable beds!
GREAT WORK FROM HOME OFFICE IN MASTER!
This spacious, sparkling clean and beautifully decorated 5 bedroom home is set on a large, quiet, private lot in the Spring Home area of Black Butte Ranch. Floor to ceiling windows in the downstairs living area brings the outdoors in and fills the home with light. It features an open and fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room with a large wood burning fireplace. You will find lots of areas to gather in as a group, or sneak away to for a private conversation.
Every Room has a name!
Downstairs:
'The Grand Finale'/The Master Suite has a KING BED, private deck, charming sitting area, an office space, as well as a private bath (with tub and shower).
A fun collection of friendly bears welcomes you to 'The Bearly Room' (QUEEN BED). Full Bathroom with shower across the hall.
'Cedar Pass' is a bright, cedar-lined sitting/sun room between the garage and the house. Equipped with storm windows for winter use; screens for summertime use.
Upstairs:
The bright and fluffy 'Cotton Willow' room has a KING BED and is a favorite among guests. There is a bathroom directly outside of 'Cotton Willow' with a tub and shower.
'The Goodnight Moon Room' (TWIN TRUNDLE BED) and 'The Nest' (QUEEN BED) share an adjoining bathroom (with shower) and are a perfect set-up for a family. Please note that you have to go thru "Goodnight Moon Room" to get into "The Nest". They share a bathroom with a shower.
'The Loft' has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and sitting area.
This is a non-smoking property.
We have a no pet policy however there are occasionally dogs on the premises.
*NEW POLICY* The ranch charges us a 12% ranch access/resort fee based on the total weekly rent. We will have you pay us directly for this fee.
Wireless internet is provided. We have 3 smart TV's and do NOT have basic cable.
This is not a party house and we do not want our home to be used as "home base" for reunions or other large gatherings. We ask our guests not to host any events or gatherings for people who are not staying in our home.
Check out time is 11:00 AM. Before leaving we ask our guests to wash and dry all of the towels that they use. Some guests prefer to bring their own towels. We also ask our guests to dispose of trash and recycling on their way out of the ranch.
Deck furniture is typically out from June-October...depending on the weather.
Winter renters...there is a $80 snow plow fee that will be deducted from your security deposit if a plow is required.
Please contact owner if you'd like to consider a monthly rental during the winter!
We have a 60 day cancellation policy.
The "host" fee listed by VRBO is strictly a cleaning free. Nothing else has been added.

Clean and well stocked except for a spatula.Only two chairs were on the patio. We were told ahead of time so we brought our own. It was hard washing and drying towels before leaving especially with 10 people. It’s unfortunate that we had to take care of all the garbage/recycle. I understand that those are the rules though. It’s just makes for a stressful situation to do it all before 11:00.All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. Thank you

Everything was perfect! Better than I expected from the description! Ten of us went for a cross-country ski vacation over the New Year's Holiday and we were not disappointed.The house fit us just right and the kitchen was fully stocked - everything we needed - for our dinners. I was the lucky one to enjoy the spacious master suite, with its private bath and shower.We XC skied three days: Once on powder at 3-Creeks Lake on the other side of Sisters, where we were among the only ones skiing there. Then the second day we skied a Ray Benson Snowpark at Santiam pass, where we skied the North Loup to Blowout Shelter - with a nice fire already started. Finally, on January 1, we stayed around Black Butte and skied on the golf course - the snow was fine.I wish we could have stayed longer! I will be back1

Very pleased with the house. Very beautiful comfortable house that is very warm and inviting. Great location within Black Butte Ranch with easy access to everything.
