About this house rental
Located on the 15th fairway of the Big Meadow Golf Course, this home sleeps 12 and is great for 2-3 families to share.
Convenient to the Big Meadow Golf clubhouse and the North entry gate. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac it has a long gravel driveway and a single car garage. The Great Room has many windows overlooking the large deck and golf course, a stone fireplace, new Curved screen 55" HDTV, 4K Ultra HD 3D WIFI Built in Blue Ray player. Also a stereo player with a CD Player. There is also wireless internet in the house. A game table near the stairs seats 4. The dining area is between the living room and kitchen and the table will seat 8. A door off the great room opens onto the deck which runs the length of the house providing lots of lounging space and a spectacular golf view. There is a large, fully equipped, newly remodeled kitchen adjoining the dining area. Downstairs are two bedrooms each with King beds with brand new 40" HDTV TVs and a full bath in between. BEAUTIFUL MASTER BATHROOM added to downstairs King Bedroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms one with two sets of bunks and one with one bunk and a King Bed and a bath with stall shower in between. One of the bunk rooms has a foosball table. The house was re-carpeted in 2007 and re-tiled. New heat pump and air conditioning. DURING THE OFF SEASON TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY IS ALLOWED. 1,910 Sq Feet with Single Car Garage. A portion of the house is not available for tenant's use.
GOLF HOME 194 RENTS FROM FRIDAY - FRIDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST.
Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.
As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

We've stayed at many BBR houses over the past 20 years and this ranks as one of the best! Location on 15th hole with the beautiful deck (with great deck furniture) was truly enjoyable. The house is well maintained and stocked with towels and kitchen needs. The location on BBR is perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful place to stay and keeping it maintained so nicely.

We had a great week relaxing and "visiting" with many of our family members. We enjoyed all the wildlife stargazing, swimming, bike riding, plus dining at all the restaurant. It was an AAA+ week. It always is at BB.Thank you.

Wonderful time at GH194!!! We had two families together (two brothers and their kids + wives). It provided for a nice relaxing vacation. Fun to watch the golfers go by. The kitchen has everything we needed.
