This Northwest style home features four bedrooms and three full baths. This home sleeps 11 and is a great option for a large family or two families staying together.
The large vaulted ceilings provide an open lodge feeling, blending into the light and bright open kitchen. The living area has a large flat screen TV, poker table and fireplace, and it also offers a speaker system throughout the home. There is a large indoor dining area where the dining table seats six and the bar at the island seats four. Downstairs you will also find a large laundry/mud room, with a laundry shoot, and a full bathroom with a tiled shower. Upstairs is the Master Suite with a luxurious jacuzzi tub, and tiled shower. There is a Queen bedroom, the bunk room, which has three single bunk beds and one double bunk, and a room with two twin beds that can be converted to a King bed. There is another full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower, and a childrens loft area with toys, movies and games. Enjoy a view of the golf course from the large deck with a gas BBQ and hot tub, there is also a horseshoe pit for your use.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.
As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

Great rental for two families with kids (6,7 and 1) loved the bikes and toys the kids can use. Also very pet friendly and clean!

This beautiful home is located in a quiet, secluded part of Black Butte Ranch. It was convenient to a bike path that afforded access to Glaze Meadow Recreation facilities including pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, playground, etc. However, I would suggest that young children would need to be well supervised or driven to Glaze Meadow vs. negotiating the bike path as it wanders through the Glaze Meadow Golf Course. But it was perfect for our grandsons, ages 8, 11, and 12. Also, this home is further from the Lodge, Robert's Pub, and other parts of the ranch that we enjoy but this didn't inconvenience us due to excellent walking/bike paths and use of a car.The four bedroom, 3 full bathroom house was spacious enough for our 11 person family. Overall, the home was very clean and definitely well appointed (very sufficient personal care items, kitchen supplies, games, etc.). However, we had to wait beyond check in time for the housekeeping service to complete a cleaning (they arrived to clean it at 3:15 PM and the home is way too large to clean it well in 45 minutes)! The kitchen was not up to the cleanliness standards we would have expected and liked. By this I mean that the kitchen could use a deep clean of drawers and cabinets (there was an abundance of crumbs and food spills) and better organization of kitchen supplies (I spent an afternoon starting this process to make it easier for my family to prepare food). Also, the refrigerator pull out drawer needs to be replaced and not just marked with a sign that tells you it's broken and the toaster barely worked (it didn't pop up). Despite some issues (they are all fixable), I would recommend this home. I really appreciated the Property Manager, Kenndra's responsiveness throughout the reservation process. She definitely provided good customer service!Over the 45 years that we have been coming to Black Butte, this was one of the nicest homes we've rented!

Our family loves BBR and the experience of being on the property is incredible - the pools, courts, recreation, etc.
While this rental was just fine / mediocre, we feel obligated to warn future renters that this place is certainly NOT luxurious as marketed on the listing. It's very old, dated, in need of MANY repairs, the kitchen is not well stocked, etc.
When paying $1K+ per night you'd expect there to be paper towels and tissues, but this place did not have any.
The outdoor speakers do not work.
The grill needs deep cleaning as to prevent grease fires.
There's water damage on the kitchen floor.
The garbage disposal is leaking and there was a moldy tub of water under the sink.
There's a sink hole outside next to the septic system indicating a leak.
The hot tub was smelly like mildew and we did not trust to get in it.
