About this house rental
Built in 1974 and completely remodeled in 2016. Beautifully furnished 1,900+ square foot home has a stunning view of Aspen Lake. Relax and soak it all in. The only traffic you'll see are the occasional walkers or bikers on the path that meanders by the lake.
Knotty alder wood cabinets, doors, windows, trim, and floor. Living room has two large leather sofas, two leather reclining chairs, fireplace and lake view. Large square dining room table has 8 comfortable chairs. Kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops. Downstairs: Master bedroom/bath, bunk room (4 bunks with a curtain door), and laundry/ 1/2 bath. Upstairs: Large 2nd bedroom, full bath. Back patio and deck has lake view, table with 6 chairs, two lounging chairs, hammock, and BBQ.
Black Butte Ranch is a breathtaking destination that has drawn visitors for an extraordinary vacation experience since the early 1970’s. With stunning views of the Cascade Mountains, Ponderosa pines, Aspen groves, and abundant wildlife, the setting of Black Butte Ranch is pristine. **There is an additional amenities/resort fee charged by Black Butte Ranch that is 13.5% of your total nights stay cost. This is an absolutely beautiful, well maintained perfectly located home. We would certainly love to return and rent it again someday in the near future. The setting is so peaceful and beautiful, and the home itself has everything you could possibly need for preparing meals and then enjoying them in the spacious dining room. We rent homes mostly in Palm Springs, and Carmel for our family getaways. We would rate this on our list of the top favorite five homes that we have rented over the past 15 years..

This house is amazing. Clean and wonderfully furnished. My favorite spot was the 2 leather recliner chairs in front of the 3 windows that overlook the lake. Nicely stocked kitchen for a cook like myself. Wonderful and comfy beds. House is very quiet and cozy. Teresa was a wonderful host. Very prompt with her replies and excellent communication before check in. No questions needed with her detailed information. Can’t wait to go back.

I cannot recommend this property enough. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious rooms and bathrooms. It doesn’t feel like a normal rental that often have low quality appliances, furniture etc. Teresa has everything stocked so well from baking ingredients to extra toothbrushes, bug spray and games galore. It truly feels like you’re staying in a family’s home not a random rental. Also I highly recommend staying on aspen lake. It’s such a beautiful view and a fun thing for kids to explore. We will definitely be staying here again!

We have the best time staying here! Such a beautiful and relaxing space for the entire family. So many wonderful memories! The owners are incredible and always such a pleasure to rent from. Thank you again for such a great experience!
