STAYS LONGER THAN 45 NIGHTS
If the guest is staying for more than 45 Nights, a midstay reset will be performed by the host to ensure property maintenance, linen reset, and the guest is abiding by house rules in order to continue the lease. The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

We host and House are great! It’s really cool to have all the deer coming right up to you at this place. However, the kitchen is missing some essentials, the home a 8/10 on cleanliness upon arrival, the beds were as hard as the floor, and the sheets were like covering up with a tarp. The home is new (still has protective films places and the refrigerator isn’t all the way unwrapped) so probably just a few kinks that are being worked through. Overall, happy with our stay and would go back!

We’ve rented a lot of cabins and vacation homes in the past, but this was by far the very best. The home and everything it in it is brand new. It’s decorated beautifully, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and MASTR Homestays was easily reachable for any questions. We didn’t want to leave! Such a treat to stay in such a pristine home! The location, view, and surroundings were perfect too. Can’t say enough good things about how wonderful this home is.
