Welcome to Rockin' River by Mountain Oasis, a beautiful 5-bedroom, 3-bath creekfront cabin rental in Ellijay, GA located directly on Mountaintown Creek inside the popular Coosawattee River Resort. Sleeping up to 10 guests, this spacious North Georgia getaway is perfect for families, friends, fishing trips, and group vacations surrounded by the peaceful sounds of rushing water.

The main level also includes a large full bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower.
Upstairs, guests will find two queen bedrooms, including one with its own private covered balcony overlooking the water. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also located on this level.
Downstairs, Rockin' River offers even more sleeping space with a bunk room featuring four twin beds, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. Gests understand and agree that all rules of the resort providing the amenities will be adhered to. Guest also understands that Mountain Oasis is not responsible for any closures of any amenity during their stay regardless of the reason. None of our properties are within walking distance to the rec center and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.
All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill.
In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).
Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.
The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees - Cleaning, Processing and Damage Insurance- Hotel/Motel Fee, 15% lodging tax added to all reservations
DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE. WE DO NOT ALLOW SAME DAY CHECK IN'S ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.

House was right on the river. We tubed right in front of the house. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The weather was perfect and enjoyed sitting on the deck. Lots of room for our large family and loved that it was pet friendly. Love the neighborhood with pools, pickleball courts and mini golf.

We loved our stay at this nice cabin. We had everything we needed. We loved the fire pit and our girls loved playing in the creek. We loved seeing all the deer on the roads to the cabin. The driveway is steep so beware of that but it didn’t bother us a bit. We really enjoyed our stay.

So many things right about this cabin. Location is great, it's large, the view of the stream is spot on. The kitchen supplies, plates, bowls, pots etc is lacking but, (and it's a big BUT) by far the main issue is there is a family of squirrels or raccoons that live in the attic. It's like a scene out of a horror movie. It kept everyone sleeping upstairs awake all night. You could hear their claws as they ran non-stop. I read this was a problem in previous reviews but thought surely it was fixed. I should have asked before I booked and because I didn't ask, I didn't ask for any kind of refund.
