This waterfront rental cabin, constructed of native river rock and cinnamon-colored logs, offers the ultimate retreat. With three large bedrooms accommodating up to 14 guests, Hunter's Lodge is perfect for family reunions or gatherings with friends.
Relax in a rocker on the back deck, soak in the hot tub as the river flows by, or enjoy some friendly competition at the full-sized ping-pong table. The cabin also features screened porches, ideal for reading or catching up with loved ones.
The spacious family area boasts a stunning stone wall with a built-in fireplace and a 65" 4K TV. The oversized windows provide breathtaking views of the Coosawattee River. With two large sofas, two dining tables, and an extra-large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite countertop, this cabin is designed for comfort and socializing. The rock-encased island is perfect for gathering around and enjoying freshly caught trout from the Coosawattee River.
The lower level features a full-size pool table, a beverage cooler, another stone fireplace, and comfortable leather seating. It's an excellent space for games, karaoke, PlayStation 3, watching sports, or simply relaxing indoors.
Outside, the fun continues. Situated within the Coosawattee River Resort on the widest stretch of the Coosawattee River, you can sunbathe on the rocks, relax on the deck, swing for two, nap in hammocks, or soak in the hot tub. For athletic guests, there's a lit half-court for basketball, a horseshoe pit, volleyball, and 4-square games. The riverside fire pit with ample seating is perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing ghost stories under the stars.
After a day of adventures, retire to one of the luxurious bedrooms. The upper level features a king-sized bed with a private bath, deck, and large TV. The main level has two full beds and a bunk bed with deck access, while the terrace level includes a king bed plus two bunks with full beds on the bottom and twins on top, also with deck access. All beds have 400-plus count linens ensuring a restful night.

Within the Coosawattee River Resort you will have access to the Recreation Center, which includes:
An enclosed, heated Junior Olympic-sized pool with 8-feet at the deep end and a large shallow end for the small ones, it's comfortable swimming year-round.
A heated kiddie pool is available for the very little ones where they can splash & play in shallow water.
Off of the Recreation Center's lobby are the Fitness Center and Game Room. The Fitness Center is complete with treadmills, weight machines, free weights, rowing machines, and exercise bikes. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are also available. Game Room features a pool table and an air hockey machine.
The Recreation Center also has other outside attractions, which include tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, plus an 18-hole miniature golf course. The equipment can be checked out at the Recreation Center desk.

Great place for family. Lots of things for kids to do on property, like games, balls, courts, Etc. Place was very clean. Kitchen had everything you could need.

Outside areas of property need a thorough cleaning....muddy yard....steps slippery with mold...spider webs everywhere
Inside 🛋 couchs are old and raggedy...recliners bent to side. We washed blankets on couchs because they smelled terrible...
Amenities were as advertised kids had a great time
