Breakfast was not all that great but okay. No much variety .
Some breakfast stuff needs proper customer service training.

Clean room, nice bellboy, receptionist helpful, but due to peak season, it is a little bit busy. My friend asked for a towel a couple of times (more than 3 times) until she got it. Good for a umroh trip, super close to gate 309 or 310, close to a food court and grocery store.

Shafiq is good person is hotel.. breakfast not good.. and i stayed 10 days in hotel not to call to inform for breakfast

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near Al Masjid Al Nabawi
