    Dear Agoda Customer Service, I am contacting you regarding a significant discrepancy in the amount charged for my hotel booking. When I made the booking, the room was displayed at approximately PKR *** per night. I booked the room for 5 nights, so the room cost should have been approximately PKR ***. However, I have been informed that Agoda charged PKR ***, including PKR *** in taxes and fees. The same room is still showing at approximately PKR *** per night on Agoda. Therefore, I would like you to explain clearly why my booking was charged PKR *** Please provide me with a complete itemized breakdown showing: * Room rate for each of the 5 nights * Taxes * Service fees * Any additional fees or surcharges * Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any meal charges * Any other services or charges included in the booking Please also explain why the final amount is significantly higher than the room rate that was displayed at the time of booking. I have attached screenshots of the booking/price information for your reference. Please investigate this matter and provide me with a detailed explanation.     The hotels Actual name is Durrat Al Eiman Hotel This hotel fell well short on basic cleanliness and honesty about its facilities. The bathroom sinks were clogged, and there was a persistent, unbearable foul smell throughout - a clear hygiene issue that shouldn't exist at any price point. Bedsheets were unclean as well, which is unacceptable for a paying guest. To make matters worse, the hotel advertises free parking, but there was very limited parking space available on-site as compared to the hotel rooms capacity. I had to park my car in an open ground roughly 1km away from the hotel, which was both inconvenient and inconsistent with what was promised at booking. Overall, a disappointing stay marked by poor housekeeping standards and misleading amenities. I would not recommend this hotel.
