    The hotel was sooooooo good , I will definitely visit again . There was one problem the drain in the bathroom made a kind of bad smell. They could work on that. 🩵🩵💜💜🩵🩵🩵🩵

    From the second I arrived I felt so welcome and the hotel was just stunning, smelt beautiful too and my room was the best I stayed in. I’d stayed in 6 hotels over 3 weeks in Mecca and Madina and although location wasn’t my favourite, the hotel and staff were my favourite and I stayed in more expensive 5 star hotels but this one was just perfect!

    The hotel is spotlessly clean and is not too far by taxi to the Masjid e Nabawi. Beds were very comfortable. However, the bathroom was terrible, the drains were blocked and within a matter of minutes the entire bathroom was flooded. There was no hot water. When we brought up issue of hot water, we were told that we needed to put on a switch - none of this was conveyed at check in or was visibly labelled anywhere. We were also told that some one would look at the drains. Even when we put the switch on there was no hot water - at best there was 5 mins of lukewarm water before going cold. Not great when trying to get into Ihram. And the drains were not unblocked either so bathroom again flooding within minutes and we had to ask for more towels. They need to get the basics right which they have not.
