I stayed in 2026 ramadan for eid hotel is good and has service apartments. I booked one room but luckily i got hall and kitchen with it and kitchen facilities was available as well

We booked another Afaq hotel (*** but they didn't gave us any rooms for early check-in as after very long drive, we arrived Madina at almost 7 AM, their check-in hours starts after 4pm, finally, they transferred to this branch at additional cost which didn't make any sense but we had no choice. That aside, the apartment was nit, and the staff, particularly ***, were incredibly polite. The location was excellent, conveniently situated near numerous shops and restaurants. A 10-20SAR taxi ride to and from Haram (depending on the time of day) was available, and the hotel even provided a complimentary bus service to and from Haram during specified hours. This made it an ideal choice for families.
However, there were a few minor complaints. The toiletries were missing essential items like toilet paper, shapo, and soap for a large family. It took them two days after few repeated requests to bring one toilet paper roll and hand tissue packet for two families disappointing and (No excuses). Another one, perhaps this is just my experience, but I’ve never encountered such a slow elevator. It has one only that goes to the parking in B1 and B2, and it takes ages to come down and up to open and close the door, insanely slow.
On a positive note, the hotel did have a washing machine, which was a huge plus for a large family during our umra visit.
