    Just need to improve the bathroom and the AC because during night time it was really hot

    I waited at the front desk while with receptionists didn't even look at me. After they were done I showed them my booking and paid. He asked me if I wanted to see the room and I said no need. I SHOULD HAVE checked the room first. However, the room was of the kitchen floor, it was HOT even though the air-conditioning was on. The bathroom floor was dirty with no towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately I didn't take put of the bathroom floor. It was an awful room. I went down and said I want a room on the regular floor - not next to the kitchen. He had the audacity to ask me what's wrong with the room. I asked him if he would pay 700 Riyals to stay there. It was a horrible room. I put the key down forcefully. Now because I did that, he wants to put the blame on me saying I thew the card. I DIDN'T. Then he put the card forcefully back on the upper desk as if to say YOU WILL JUST TAKE THOS ROOM!!!!!!!! Thats when I shot the plastic card key with my finger from the desk and left the hotel. Of cause then one of the cleaners ran after me saying they will now change my room. At that point I was not prepared to stay in that hotel. Of course I lost my money. I booked in the hotel next to it - The Ansar Platinum. I had a great stay in the Ansar Platinum. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY IN ALANDALUS GOLDEN PALACE. The reason why I dont recommend it is not because they treated me that way. They treat other guests the same way. They think they are doing g you a favour to check you in. Unfortunately I didn't take put of the bathroom floor
