Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The house was clean, comfortable, and the pool and backyard area were the highlights of the property. It was a great space to relax and spend time together. There were a couple of downsides. We were disappointed that there wasn't an outdoor shower, especially after coming back from the beach. Also, the pool was closed when we arrived and wasn't opened until the second day, which meant we couldn't use it our first night. We reached out through VRBO and by email but didn't receive a response. We eventually had to call to get assistance.Despite those issues, we had a great stay overall and enjoyed the property.

This is an amazing location, with beautiful views and a great coastal Carolina vibe. The location of the house is right in the culdesac near the intercoastal waterway, which was very convenient for fishing with the kids. The convenience of having two showers when returning from the beach was great, as well as the beach accessories being provided. Would 100% stay at this location again.

Sunny Side Up served our family well during our stay. The walk to the beach was about 10-15 minutes but wasn't terrible. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful to be on 17th Street. Overall we would consider staying at Sunny Side Up again but would be pleased if there were some updates to the house such as furniture.
