Lounge in one of the three large outside decks at The Willis or take a three-minute stroll over the sand dunes to the ocean. Just steps from the beach, this raised first floor 2000 square foot single-level condo offers ocean and sound views from inside as well as the outside decks.
The Willis is a spacious, open-concept that connects the living room, cook's kitchen, and dining area, featuring hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a flatscreen Smart TV—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Take in ocean views from the dining area or step out onto the living room deck, where you can also enjoy sights of the sound. The well-appointed kitchen includes plenty of counter space, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating.
Each of the three bedrooms features a private bath and deck. The primary suite includes a king bed and a luxurious bathroom with a garden tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third has two twin beds.
Additional conveniences include ceiling fans throughout and a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. There is a large backyard, gas grill and outdoor shower on the ground level where you can unwind from a day at the beach while grilling freshly caught seafood or, if you prefer, take a short walk to one of the island's most popular restaurants—Amos Mosquitos, Oceanana Pier House and Island Grill.
This quiet old neighborhood has multiple beach access points on to one of the least crowded Atlantic Beach shores. With the beach just a short walk away and free WiFi included, you'll have everything you need to relax, unwind, and share your favorite coastal moments.
We are also pet friendly so bring the pup and let them enjoy spending time at the beach with their favorite humans.

This is the most spacious place we have ever stayed! Everyone had their own space, and great open layout for everyone to be able to be together. And the beach is 2 blocks away, and is not packed with beachgoers. Will be staying here again!

Great option if you are looking to stay somewhere other than a large condo complex. Size of the condo is wonderful. Space for many guests. Large kitchen and full size washer and dryer in the unit. Located in a quiet area close to restaurants and other local attractions. Walk to the beach is good for adults. If you have small children and have to take a lot to the beach, you may want to reconsider. Beach is not super crowded, which we loved. Overall, good stay!

This house was perfectly laid out, beautifully furnished with all of the amenities you will need. Conveniently located to shopping, dining, etc., yet you are in a low traffic area and it is very quiet.

The condo lay out was wonderful!! Plenty of room, master bedroom was at one end and other two at opposite end. This place had more appliances, cookware, pot, pans and everything a kitchen needs and more. A pretty good hike to beach but not awful. We would definitely stay there again!!
