Well-Equipped Kitchen – We provide everything you need to cook, including spices, quality cookware, a coffee maker (drip & K-cup), blender, paper goods, toilet paper, foil, zip-top bags, parchment paper, and more. We simply ask that, if you have time, you restock for the next guest.
Outdoor Living Space – The huge deck is perfect for lounging, dining, or simply taking in the ocean views. New stainless steel grill included!
Beach Gear Provided – We supply beach chairs and toys—just bring your own beach towels.

3 Bedrooms | 2.5 Baths (Plus Outdoor Shower!) – Each side of the duplex is a mirror image of the other (except for color schemes and flooring) and is updated annually. If you need more space, check out our sister unit (VRBO #666411).
Uncrowded Beachfront – Our section of Atlantic Beach is primarily single-family homes, meaning fewer crowds and more space to relax on our big wide beach!

Bike-Friendly Neighborhood – Rent a regular or electric bike to cruise the side streets or explore the island.
Local Dining & Nightlife – Walk to Amos Mosquito’s (a must-visit!), Island Grille, or grab a casual drink at The TackleBox the main local bar or enjoy Idle Hour’s outdoor seating with live music. You can walk to roughly 10 restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk and 3 of them within 5 minutes.

We visited in winter (Dec. 25-28) and enjoyed the great location for beach walks, Fort Macon St. Park, restaurants, sightseeing. Clean, comfortable, well-kept, well-stocked rental with porch decks that offered wonderful oceanfront views. Easy access to beach. Prompt, welcoming responses from host. Thank you!
