Located near "The Circle" Atlantic Beach's hotspot, this house boasts a vibrant community with a palm-fringed pool as its centerpiece. Its colorful exteriors in pink, blue, yellow, and green exude joy.
Inside, the ambiance is modern and airy, featuring a sleek kitchen with ample pantry space, and breakfast bar. The spacious living room offers comfort and flexibility for socializing. With three bedrooms, and three baths, including a luxurious primary suite with high ceilings and elegant touches, there's space for everyone.
Relax on the veranda with a cocktail as the sun sets, or take a short stroll to enjoy beach activities, fishing, ice cream, and dining options. Don't forget to pick up souvenirs to commemorate your memorable stay at Seas the Day!

2 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Day Bed w/ Twin Trundle, and 1 Bunk Bed

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
OTHER NOTES:
-This property has one assigned parking spot. You will be given 2 parking passes; one is assigned to the on-site parking spot (#7) and one to the overflow parking lot.
-No smoking
-The Community Pool is open From April 1-October 31.
-Dogs cannot be left on the balconies, or are allowed in the pool area.
-Dogs must be leashed at all times

This place was the perfect location for me and our group. Bars, restaurants, shops, beach, and pool all in walking distance. Overflow parking was close. There are a lot of stairs inside, but they warned us. I loved it.

It is quiet and in a decent location. Cheaply constructed, whole house shakes, things are broken or loose. Layout a little strange. Very steep stairs. Owner was very responsive.
