The house was a charming “beach house”, not the newer mini-mansion. Reminded me of old time Folly Beach. But inside was newly updated with all modern conveniences.

The property was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable, and the screened-in porch is everything you want it to be! It ain't fancy, but that's what makes it perfect. Property management was very communicative & easy to work with.

While the structure itself is older, it clearly has been remodeled to provide a second bathroom and a fairly updated kitchen. However, there was a lot of deferred maintenance. I felt, a wicker couch, and a couple of chairs on the deck were so sun damaged the proximity to the beach was great, and one could easily walk to Main Street of Folly Beach. that you couldn’t sit in it. The beds were satisfactory, and two of the three bedrooms had sufficient space. The third bedroom would’ve been best for a child. The dirt and bugs between the screen and the window were horrific.
