We chose this property because it got very high marks from previous reviewers, but almost immediately we were met with less than perfect conditions. Floors were dirty, windows wouldn't open, screens were missing or damaged, gnats buzzed everywhere, and some parts of the neighborhood were sketchy. Yes, you can access the trail through a locked gate in the backyard but you can't get back in that way, so you have to go around the block. Vacasa was quick and friendly, sending someone out to fix a few minors things and take measurements for other future repairs (though none of those repairs took place in the month we stayed). They sent out a cleaning crew to do another pass, but that wasn't very good so I ended up sweeping and mopping myself. We will not stay here again.
