Sunset Rock Retreat is beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom home. This home features a new in-ground swimming pool with a spacious travertine deck. There are two king beds, 1 queen, and one pull out couch. It is located 4 miles from Indian Rocks Beach, 7 miles from Clearwater Beach, and 24 miles from Tampa. It includes laundry facilities. This property provides a private resort feel while giving you access to a variety of opportunities for site seeing, beaches, and relaxation. This property is monitored by a RING doorbell camera at the front door entrance.
Renter has the option of paying the refundable security deposit or paying $59 (non-refundable) for a $1500 accidental damage protection coverage. If this option is requested, it will be changed when the final agreement is sent.

The pool is amazing. Everything is so clean. The house is spotless. The beds are very comfortable. We had Everything we needed to cook at " home" and there was a lot to choose from if you wanted to eat out. I definitely would return

The house and pool were great. Short driving distances for enjoyable day trips such as beaches, Busch Gardens. and Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Would stay again.

The house was a perfect getaway, all the amenities of a home , bonus pool, but close to the beach and all the shops on the Gulf!!
