We had a great stay at the property. It was very quiet, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. All the rooms were air-conditioned, which made the stay especially comfortable. The kitchen was also spacious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was very convenient, particularly for getting to Venice Mestre Station. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing experience and had no major complaints.

There was honestly nothing much that we didn’t like. Everything was as expected and we were very happy with our stay. One small suggestion would be to provide some basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, and sugar, which would be helpful for guests using the kitchen.

El aire acondicionado, perfecto, no pasamos calor

El parking, aunque fue gratis acabé aparcando en la calle porque era un poco complicado salir de el, pero porque tengo un coche de 4,80 de largo. La subida en curva saliendo del parking tenía difícultad, muy estrecha.

El apartamento es de lujo. Prácticamente nuevo y bien conservado. Habitaciones y baño muy grandes. Bien equipado. Zona tranquila y cercana a los autobuses y trenes que en 10 minutos te dejan en Venecia. El agente que gestiona tu estancia envía las instrucciones para acceder al apartamento y el párquing. Puedes entrar a la hora que te convenga, sin problemas. Parquing privado sin coste añadido. Todo muy bien explicado. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Puedes mantener el contacto a través de whatsapp para cualquier incidencia.

Hay que tener cuidado con la lavadora: desagua en el lavabo y salpica el suelo. No dispone de plancha. Son aspectos a mejorar.

Apartment is lovely and its huge and really clean with automatic blinds on windows. Air con was good and in every room A few minutes walk to the train station, and only 10 minutes to santa lucia Venice Central. Comes with private car parking

The parking is underground and its a tight squeeze. The area is not the greatest, we didn't feel comfortable walking about, probably what you expect close to railway station. But you can order food in if you wish and close transport on the door step Also more pillows needed 😊
