Considering that its located along a busy main road, I have to say that when you entered, it felt like you were someplace else entirely. for the price, the facilities were beautiful.

For the price it was ok

It was clean. It seemed newly built. 24 hour security. Pool area was nice.

There was no air conditioning or a fan ventilation from windows were also poor. The windows had no burglars and the people staying at the back could look directly into the room so we felt unsafe. Location also extremely noisy and so were the other tenants. Additional windows with no curtains made the room too bright so sleeping was difficult we also had to beg the receptionist to have housekeeping clean the room as promised. A small stove would have also been nice and there is no parking as advertised there is just 24 hour security watching the car but parking is on the street. Wifi is extremely poor. the signal strength was horrible. Tv was also substandard.

Beds , Bathrooms and a gig kitchen facility.

Poor customer service from reception. I called before I arrived to check in , and they told me the issue of 500 deposit was not applicable for 1bedroom apartment , this changed when I get there , they did allow me to check in until I walked around looking for ATM to withdraw cash . The rooms don't have AC and there's no ventilation in the rooms . Wifi was not working the entire time I stayed there. No parking , street parking of which it's not safe area to park in the street. We had a problem with room 101 at night we wanted to sleep with lights off but it was not making any difference because the upper windows of the room , was not closed with curtains, and the streets light was right at the window , making the room clearly lighting direct on the bad . The security had to find boxes to close that section. The place is new and looks like they just want it to work before finishing all construction work . Upon checking in at 5am in the morning, there was no one at the reception, we had to handover the keys to the security guy and we couldn't get our deposit at the same time . Only to find out that , the reception will be not working from 12mid night , to 8am as the security says . That's

My stay was supposed to be nice but got ruined by the unprofessionalism.

The apartment was good.

There is a R500 cash damage deposit which is not included in the terms and conditions when booking. The access to your room is that R500 cash deposit if you don’t have it you don’t get access. Lucky enough I had the R500. I arrived around 22:00 and I had to compromise my safety to go withdraw the money so that I can get access to my room. On the booking website their information states that check out time is 11:00 but when you get there they tell you it’s 10:00. Inaccurate information is very unprofessional and could lead to bad reputation. Everything must be communicated clearly and accurate in the terms and conditions before proceeding with the booking. The property staff and management should improve in communication. I would’ve really loved to escalate the matter but I am kind enough to understand.
