A lovely, comfortable house, decorated with joy and humour. I think that this would be a great place for a family holiday - kids would love the wallpapers, games and pictures - but it is a great place for anyone to stay - and Brixham has lots of good restaurants, beaches and boats.

Maybe bedside tables on both sides of beds? A very small quibble.

Liked the quirkyness of the decor, wasn't to far for harbour and all shops and bars. Nice comfy sofa and chair. Kitchen had everything you need, even a dishwasher. The shower was great but did leak and therfore needs looking at. There was 2 double rooms and a single. The owner sent us clear instructions on key to property etc.

We found pillows bit to soft for us, but this is because we're not used to feather ones. Few cobwebs about the place. Some of the mats are a bit of a trip hazard as corners turned up. Inside wardrobe needed wiping down to use shelves. The shower seal around bath was mouldy in corner, I sorted this whilst we stayed. Also would of been useful to leave note on bin days to property. As dogs are welcome in property we did feel the front room smelt of dogs, and in basket was a blanket I was going to use but smelt of dog, maybe a wash after people have stayed and a replacement one used while getting cleaned. These are just small things, it wouldn't stop me staying again.

Very convenient for the harbour and all met all of my requirements

Pillows Rustle like made of plastic , best to take your own We had no WiFi at all so could not settle down to relax and watch TV We already knew there was no parking but we are lucky we have family there so parked at there’s for the night, they then dropped us off but we didn’t know we had no WiFi it was late as we had been out in the day but would of been nice to chill out
