Location was fab
Bedding was clean and changed, but there were cobwebs in most rooms and shelves in kitchen and living room were dusty

Good location, close to Brixham centre.
Outdoor space was very tatty, full of cobwebs and the garden furniture was dirty. All the decking looked old and in need of renovation. The sofa in the lounge didnt look too clean and it was very small. The single beds are not full size, they are like the single beds you get in a caravan. Luckily we had a heat wave when we stayed so didnt spend much time in the accommodation, just used as a base.
