Location was perfect
Booking through Booking.com made it seem like I was staying at a hotel, but this is actually an Airbnb style rental, which felt misleading. I wish that was clearer before booking.
On top of that, the blow dryer in the unit was broken, and since guest services had already closed for the day, there was no way to get a replacement or have it fixed. Basic amenities like this should be checked and working before guests arrive.
If you're booking this place through Booking.com, just know you won't get the same amenities or support you'd expect from an actual hotel.
