Sprinter Vans, Trucks and Most SUVS will NOT fit due to height and width restrictions in the parking garage. Please take note of this when reserving a rental car as the owner nor the property manager will be responsible for paying for parking if your vehicle is too big in height or width. If you come with more than 1 vehicle, valet parking is available for a fee. Please come prepared to pay this fee if you have more than 1 vehicle. Thank you for your attention to this!***
For stays of 7 nights or longer, starter toiletries are provided only at check-in

We stayed here with our 2 adult children for 3 nights at the tail end of our Spring Break trip. The condo was absolutely beautiful! We were in awe when we walked in the front door. Then you step out on the balcony and see the views from the 39th floor of both the water and the city as well as being able to look straight down at the pools and hot tub. Wow! Very comfortable couch with big TV in the living room equipped with Roku and all streaming apps. Kitchen was fully equipped with refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker with Folger pods supplied, blender, pots, pans, utensils, and more. Washer and dryer was a very helpful thing for us as we were coming from another trip and had a couple things to wash. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms had Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Hand Soap.There were some Tide pods and Dishwasher pods provided as well. We got an Instacart delivery so we didn't have to eat out for everything, but there is also a 24 hour CVS and a 7-11 right next to the building. There is also a liquor store right there as well. We walked to the Salty Flame the first night and it was delicious! We also walked into the downtown Brickell area which is great for people watching and ate at North Italia restaurant which was also delicious. Walked the beach boardwalk and ate at Finnegan's Way, very fun time! The hosts were very responsive and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

Family of 4 with 2 kids, age 6 & 7. Plenty of space in the unit, very clean. Pool and game room were great. Walking distance to many restaurants. CVS right outside the building. Would rent again.
