The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants and 2 minutes from the train station. Regular trains into and from London made it an ideal place to base from while not having to stay in London itself.
The sofa bed wasn't that comfy.. ... but honestly don't think I've ever slept on a comfy one one. Only 2 forks. No stock of tea and coffee, which I realise isn't a must, but is something I've come to expect from places in this price range via booking.com.

Great location, easy stroll to the train station and shops, and if you arrive by car, the station car park is a good longer term option for parking. Tidy and comfortable apartment with all the basics in place.
Great location centrally means also being close to traffic, take ear plugs if need more silent sleep.

Close to Potters Bar Station, convenient location for commute. Well appointed, comfy bed. Clean and functional. Good communication via WhatsApp with owner.
Polyester sheets / duvet cover / pillow case - cotton would be appreciated Tricky outer door to unlock. Property access via a steep flight of stairs, would be difficult with mobility restrictions / pushchair. Shower temperature rather cool, bathroom tiny but functional. Sofa is pretty hard and would benefit from an upgrade
