It’s in an amazingly convenient location. And staff is very polite. It’s also reasonable spacious and there are a decent amount of appliances.
The bath is a little small. There is nothing to cook with beyond a water heater and there is also a slight lack of kitchen wear.

The hosts were responsive and willing to help, the property was modern and generally quiet, and the room included a very large TV and good fridge space.
The location was extremely inconvenient without a car and far from the station. The walls were very thin, there were mosquitoes in the room most nights, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the check-in system on the iPad appeared broken and frustrating to use. There was also no proper kitchen apart from a microwave.
